NOTICE

Sealed competitive quotations are invited for providing security guards to this office as per the terms and conditions noted below.

The rate quoted shall be for providing three persons for security duty with 8 hours duty each day. The details of P.F. /ESI payments, TDS, Commission etc. along with clientele details may be furnished in the quotation.

5) Commission

6) Any other deduction/payments with details

Conditions:-

1) The party shall provide three male persons on full time basis for security duty with 8 hours duty for each person.

2) The party shall provide complete security arrangements and protection to all properties and assets of this office and its premises.

3) The party shall provide necessary uniforms and shall effectively supervise and be in control of the discharge of the duties by the personnel.

4) The security firm/contractor shall remit the PF, ESI and other statutory deductions in respect of the persons provided for security duty and shall furnish receipt in proof of the remittance.

5) There shall not be any employee-employer relationship between this office and with the firm/contractor or the security guards.

6) The party shall replace the persons provided for security duty every quarter or on request of the office.

7) The rate quoted shall be in accordance with Minimum rates of Wages applicable in the area and shall be for a period of two years. The statutory deductions of PF, ESI and the rate of service tax payable as on date may also be mentioned in the quotation.

8) Payment shall be made only to the firm/contractor on monthly basis after production of bill along with copy of receipt of PF dues etc.

9) The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner/Officer in charge, Kottayam has the right to terminate the contract at any time, if the performance is not satisfactory.

10) The quotation shall be in sealed cover and should bear the superscription ‘Quotation for Security Guards’ and the quotation notice No. and date.

11) The same should be sent by post/courier to Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner(Adm), Chalakuzhy Building, C M S College Road, Kottayam, so as to reach this office latest by 15.01.2010 at 4.00pm
