NOTICE

Sealed competitive quotations are invited from interested parties for entering Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for UPS installed in the office under the following terms and conditions. The details of items to be covered for AMC are as follows:-

3.	UPS of PC	7Nos.

Conditions:-

1. The rate quoted shall be for each item. Existing percentage of VAT/Service Tax

if applicable may also be mentioned in the quotation.

2. The rate quoted shall be for one year and must include the cost of regular service,

maintenance and replacement of defective spares.

3. The payment will be made on quarterly basis on the basis of bill/invoice in duplicate

submitted.

4. Last date of sealed quotation is 31.03.09.

5. The quotation shall be in sealed cover with the superscription ‘Quotation for AMC for

UPS’ and sent by post/courier to Shri Abhishek Kumar, Assistant P.F. Commissioner (Adm), Sub Regional Office, Kottayam.

6. This office reserves the right to accept or reject the quotation in full or part.
