Sir,

            Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, Kaloor, Kochi-17 which is coming under the Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India is urgently in need of three executive tables as per the specification furnished as Annexure ‘A’.  You are requested to offer your rate for the same in sealed cover.

            If the same type is not available with you, the available item which is akin to the specified one may be quoted clearly mentioning the deviation in measurements from the required item.

            The quotation should reach the undersigned on or before 2 PM on 18.03.2011.

APPENDIX.A

Item No.1

            Providing & fixing table having an overall size of (2300x900/1100x750) with top made of 36mm thick post formed  particle board and former module made of 36 mm thick board pressed with 0.4 mm thick membrane foil clad pressed with PU glue.  The foil shall be precoated with a layer of polyurethane for better scratch resistance.  The table understructure shall have vertical leg made of 25 mm thick post formed particle board on one side and supported by three drawer unit made of 18 mm thick PLPB with 50(D) studs made of steel duty powder coated and modesty made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board having decorative laminate on both sides.
