1. IPAS (Integrated Payment Accounting System)
(This programme is being used in 3 SROs in Kerala and 1 outside)
This aims to computerise all the activities from the receipt of
an application upto reconciliation of payments. This is a time tested programe which is being used from 2001 at 2 SROs
Some of the components of this programme are:
- Worksheet preparation of all types of Applications.
- Pension IDS Preparation
- Automatic Preparation of Advance Worksheet.
(Just feed amount required, rest will be taken care by system)
- Preparation of letter to Member/Employer showing the Defects of the application
- Break Regularisation
- FPF Diversion
- IBB calculation
- Un Presented Cheques (UPC) statement Preparation for the
reconciliation
and to know how much cheques are pending for clearance
- Printing of Scroll, Cashbooks, Cheque printing, Cheque Forwarding, MO top sheets etc.
- Password security

3. PRO / Facilitation Programmes
a. IPROS
(Using in 3 SROs )
Capable of showing details upto cheque clearance date
Capable of showing the reasons why an application is returned/rejected
Capable of showing month-wise Payment detilas
Capable of showing Remittance and 12A details
Capable of showing different eligible Advance amounts u/p 68
b. OLD BRS
Capable of showing month-wise Payment detilas of old pension
payments
c. Calcpen - Calculate Approx.Pension based on the minimum data fed.
4. SS - Super(visors) Software for annual Accounts
(Using in more than 5 SROs/ROs. )
- OB differences will get minimised. If this programme is used
regularly
for supervising the Printing F-24 and conversion, eventually all
OB problems will disappear.
- Module 310 conversion is made simple by guiding through appropriate
NIC modules automatially
- OB that would come in Form 24 can be known before printing it.
- Printout of Form 24 & Form 23 & Checklist were directed to
separate printer destinations so that you can distinguish each type
by 'lpstat' and take print of each type without getting Form 23
gets printed on Form 24 stationery
- Likely -ve CB can be known before printing the Form-24
- Modules 650,655,610 & 615 were possible with a single module.
- Checklist of Settlement/Advances/OB adj are availble at the
order of feeding them ( not emp.no wise)
- The checklist of estts, of which data entry is completed, gets
automatically printed.
- The Form-24 of estts, of which edting is completed, get automatically
printed.
- The Form-23 of estts, of which Form-24 is printed, gets automatically
printed.
5. xferadvset - Transfer of Scroll data and Transferin/out data into Annual
A/cs - No need to feed Advances and Settlements in Annual Accounts -
and if scroll data is fine, no omission of withdrawals
(This is a part of above SS programme, but some offices uses this module
alone)
6. Setleak - Programme to Find the unaccounted Settlements/Advances of any
computerised year
7. Form-2 Entry Programme . The effort involved is less than half of that of
NIC's
8. Form-9 Form-9 and Withdrawals Entry Programme
9. 12A Entry Programme. Very easy for data entry (substitute for 205
module of CCTS)
10. CEPS related programmes.
Automatic Printing of PPOs, SCs - If the first and last PPO/SC numbers
are given, this programme will print all the Final PPOs/SCs
automatically
Brs Print which saves stationery with summary which helps to tally
Brstotchk - To compare, see the difference and check and tally
Previous and current BRS statements.
Life certificate Programmes
Chkrlf - Programme to check the relief is being given in BRS is correct
PPO register print
SC register print
Brscrdt - Feed credit dates of Pension Payments easily (substitue
for Module of CEPS)
