Attention Dear Employers! If you have made remittance for the wage month of March 2012 (in first weeks of April) using a manual challan without uploading ECR, please submit the following 3 itmes at the concerned EPFO Office so that EPF office can upload that ECR for you:
1. ECR text file in CD or via Email
2.Hard copy duly signed by the Authorised Signatory of ECR PDF file (obtained from esewa website after upload of ECR)OR Print of above ECR text file
3.copy of receipted challan . ( The total remitted amount under each account head should match the amounts under the respective heads in the challan.)

All employers employing more than 19 employees and not covered under the Scheme may approach the nearest Office of the Employees' Provident Fund Organization to get themselves covered under the Scheme. The Trade Unions or any other individual who are having knowledge of such establishments employing more than 19 employees may inform the nearest Provident Fund Office to help the department in identifying such establishments.
