How to create Annexure II text file using EXCEL

  1. Download Annexure II file from Employer ESEWA site
  2. Open it and Enter the Mandatory Details
  3. Save the file as CSV (coma separated values) file using 'SAVE AS' option.
  4. Rename the file to change the file extension from '.csv' to '.txt' (If you can not see the file extension like '.csv', '.txt' etc., Click ControlPanel->Folder Options->View->UnTick 'Hide extensions for Known file types -> OK )
  5. Open the renamed text file in NOTEPAD and by using the 'EDIT' option, replace all coma (,) with #~#
  6. You should remove the Three Heading line and consequent Blank line from the text file.
  7. The file contents will look like:
    12#~#ANIL SINGH#~#N#~#9923456789#~#cdf@yahoo.com#~#LAL CHAND#~#F#~#03/03/1969#~#M#~#01/01/2010#~#01/01/2010#~#01/02/2011#~#01/02/2011#~#C 15#~#SANJAY#~#Y#~#9823456789#~#abc@yahoo.com#~#RAM SINGH#~#F#~#03/12/1974#~#M#~#01/12/2012#~#01/12/2012#~##~##~#
  8. Save the file and Upload this Annexure II text file at E-SEWA website ANNEX II upload link.
