The Employers covered under the EPF Scheme 1952 are requested to submit their Annual Returns in Form 3A/6A for the year 2009-10 before the concerned Regional P.F. Commissioners by 30th April 2010. Kindly submit it as soft copy also, in DBF format for (a)prompt compilation of accounts & (b)error free Form-23 Slips. You may download this 3A entry programme for the preparation of the returns.

All employers employing more than 19 employees and not covered under the Scheme may approach the nearest Office of the Employees' Provident Fund Organization to get themselves covered under the Scheme. The Trade Unions or any other individual who are having knowledge of such establishments employing more than 19 employees may inform the nearest Provident Fund Office to help the department in identifying such establishments.
